1.Booking & Payment
- All tour bookings require a deposit or full payment to confirm your reservation.
- Prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices shown are starting prices ('From $X') and final quotes depend on group size, vehicle type, and specific requirements.
- Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed.
- A booking confirmation will be sent to your email once payment is received.
2.Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour: Full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
- No-shows or cancellations on the day of the tour: No refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided.
3.Tour Modifications
- You may request changes to your itinerary up to 24 hours before the tour.
- Itinerary changes on the day of the tour are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- We reserve the right to modify tour routes due to road closures, traffic conditions, or safety concerns.
- Any additional stops or extended duration may result in extra charges as agreed with your driver guide.
4.Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must be ready for pickup at the agreed time and location.
- Please inform us of any special requirements, accessibility needs, or child seat requirements at the time of booking.
- Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
- Consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances during the tour is not permitted.
- Guests must behave respectfully towards driver guides and other guests (if applicable).
5.Liability & Insurance
- Serene Charters maintains comprehensive public liability and vehicle insurance.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from activities outside our control.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.
- Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.
- We recommend guests arrange their own travel insurance for additional coverage.

- Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
- Photos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out.
